The easiest way to put pics up is to go to www.photobucket.com then upload the pics and it'll give you a bit of [IMG] code to copy and paste into your post _________________ 1987 Freight Rover 200 (safely at home now) |

Hi Ian- that layout looks mighty familiar..!
I'm making my bunks 25" deep, to give a 21" seat with the 4" backrest in place- and a 22" walkway.
Mine's a hi-top, so I'm going for overhead lockers for extra storage.
I love the wood block table / bed board.. is it going to be robust enough to carry the weight over that span?
Keep up the good work, _________________ Duncan

hi, hope it will be strong enough me and the misses have already laid on it and it didn't break bonus!!!! i might put some metal strengheners on the under side just to make sure.
i wanted a hi top but it wouldn't fit in the garage and this 1 only just fits in i thought i was going to have to let the tyres down to get it in but it just fitted!
cheers |

I went for 3/4" ply for the bunks- a bit OTT, but very solid. The only real difference with mine is I'm keeping the triple behind the driver.. (big family!)
Keep up the good work! _________________ Duncan
