After some advice/help please, I have given my van a service, oil, filters etc, new cambelt,I know there not the quickest vehicle but after drive a friends V reg Pilot I still think it lacks a little something power wise, pump timing is fine, injectors ok.
My question is, is there an EGR valve fitted to the 1.9 lump, if so can someone please post a pic showing where as I'm sure I read somewhere it makes a difference. Will cleaning/removing it improve perfomance?
Thanks in advance for info, as a sidenote the conversion is coming on nice will post pics soon but I have to do real work sometimes for the play tokens _________________ X Reg 1.9 pilot (Camper/Day-van) |

Mine doesn't have one, but your later van should have the EGR on the bulkhead, in the area in front of the driver.
I'm sure there is a picture of it somewhere, if I find it then I'll post it up _________________
